My mom took my dog Charlie last minute and they were able to accommodate him and be very helpful with his itching he had going on. He is now completely fine and no longer scratching.

I was so happy to hear that Dr. Ruiz is back in Glendale!! We took our little old timer Bellarina in for a wellness check at her age and was so happy to have such great customer service and care. Val & Yesi, the front desk receptionists are very kind and helpful which is great. What a BIG difference from the previous staff!! Had a wonderful visit with Dr. Ruiz! He listens and is very compassionate about his work! Bellarina was really comfortable with all the staff because of their caring energy towards her. Thank you to Dr. Ruiz, Dr. V, Berto, Val & Yesi for taking the time to care for our cat. I forgot the name of the other lady in the back but she was so wonderful with our cat!! I made sure to refer all my pet lover friends to Griffith Pet Hospital!! Also, their prices are so much better than VCA!!!

I recently took my cat to Griffith Pet Hospital, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, and clearly very experienced with animals.The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly examine my cat and explain everything in simple, reassuring terms. They answered all my questions patiently and made sure I felt confident about the next steps in her care. It was clear that they genuinely cared—not just about treating the issue, but about my cat’s overall well-being.The facility was clean, organized, and calm—something that definitely helped my cat (and me!) feel more at ease. The follow-up care and communication were also excellent.Highly recommend Griffith Pet Hospital for anyone looking for compassionate, professional veterinary care. Griffith Pet Hospital is great! I’m so glad Dr. Ruiz and Dr. V opened up their own place. Dr. Ruiz is truly the best. My family has been bringing all of our dogs to this location since I was a kid. I moved out of the area about 15 years ago, but I continue to make the drive out here with all of my dogs because of Dr. Ruiz. He’s kind, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He always answers all of my questions and helps make sure I understand. He gives the best care to my babies. I’ve tested other places that are closer, but none compare to the care Dr. Ruiz gives to his patients, and that’s why I continue to come back. This is also reflective in his staff. From the front desk to everyone in the back they all share the same values and are so kind and helpful. They are patient with the calls and questions that my mom or I have and they remember you and your pets. My dogs don’t always get a long with other people, not even my own friends, but they love the staff at Griffith Pet Hospital, so that tells you a lot about them. It’s a family and definitely a great one!

I brought my pet to this veterinary clinic and from the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and clearly passionate about animals. The veterinarian explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all of my questions with care.The clinic is clean, well-organized, and fully equipped. The prices are fair for the high-quality service they provide. You can truly feel that they love what they do and treat every pet as if they were their own.Highly recommended! I have taken my little puppy to Griffith pet hospital recently and I felt seen as a first time dog owner. They guided me through on which vaccine is which and kindly hear me out on my concerns/questions on what I had on mind. The communication was on point and reassured me everything will be okayAll staff are very welcoming and helpful yet respectful. This faculty is professional, clean and even organized.
